Over the past six months, China has increased the production of electricity from solar panels on 3.3 GW. This represents an increase of one percent over the previous year. Thus, the total amount of electricity produced by Chinese solar panels is 23 GW. By 2015, Beijing plans to increase this figure to 35 GW.
In 2013, China put solar panels on the 11.3 GWh, which accounted for 37 percent of the worldwide increase in the share of solar energy. This year plans to achieve target of 13 GW, which represents growth of more than one gigawatt per month - as South Korea set for the entire year 2013.
Meanwhile, solar panels, located in the United States account for about 12 GW.
